t’s finally here! The Lost Coast Film Festival kicks off Thursday, February 6 at Surf Point Coffeehouse, and we’re beyond excited. We received way more submissions than we ever expected, and we can’t thank our talented filmmakers enough for bringing their creativity to this wild and wonderful project.

To make theis first night even better, Surf Point Coffee House is featuring a pop-up sushi dinner by guest chef John Klemm—so come hungry, stay for the films, and soak in the magic of storytelling, Lost Coast style. And remember, each Thursday brings new films at different locations:

We’ve also decided to keep submissions open, so if you’ve been sitting on a brilliant film idea—now’s your chance! And speaking of film ideas… rumor has it, Gyppo might be making a short inspired by Cheers—so don’t be surprised if we ask you to step in as an extra.
