Prepares menu items with consistency and precision in a fast-paced kitchen. Reads and prioritizes tickets, executes dishes to spec, and ensures food is ready at the same time and meets presentation standards. Maintains quality, portion control, and cleanliness while working as part of a coordinated team.
SERVER / BARTENDER
Responsible for delivering a high-quality guest experience from start to finish. Takes orders accurately, upsells menu items, serves food and drinks efficiently, and maintains a fast-paced workflow. Focused on hospitality, attention to detail, and creating a welcoming, energetic environment for every guest.
DISHWASHER / FOOD RUNNER
Supports both front and back of house by running food and drinks to tables, bussing and resetting tables, and maintaining a clean workspace. Handles dishwashing quickly and efficiently while staying organized during busy shifts. Plays a key role in keeping service smooth and timely.
