Two Years in the Making

When we get to collaborate with Trinidad Bay Eatery (TBE), we know it’s going to be something special. These guys don’t just do food and drink—they elevate it to an art form. And this time, we’re bringing something two years in the making: our Whiskey Barrel-Aged Oyster Stout. Originally brewed with our friends at the Eatery, we aged this beauty for 18 months in a whiskey barrel from Alchemy Distillery, and now it’s finally ready. Smooth, rich, and ridiculously good.

We’re celebrating with a Tap Takeover at Trinidad Bay Eatery on February 8 at 3 PM, hosted by our very own Nate Monschke. Come for the exclusive first pour, stay for the incredible food, and raise a glass to good beer, good people, and the magic of collaboration.
