We’ve had this Pineapple Margarita on the menu for a while, but last Friday’s bar school brought it back into the spotlight—and wow, we were all reminded just how kick-ass it is! Made from scratch with muddled fresh jalapeños, Hornitos tequila, triple sec, and our house-made pineapple-lime juice, it’s shaken, strained, and finished with a Tajín rim for the perfect sweet, tangy, and spicy balance. It’s a true reminder of the craft and care we pour into everything we make.
