Meyer Lemon Calamari

Alright, we’ll admit it—this photo does NOT do justice to just how freaking good this is. Inspired by our friends at Trinidad Bay Eatery, we took their genius idea and gave it our own Lost Coast twist. Crispy, golden-fried calamari, tossed with thinly sliced Meyer lemons and jalapeños, all dredged in seasoned flour and fried to perfection. And because we believe sauce is life, we’re serving it up with a house-made Meyer lemon aioli that takes it over the top.
