Hey, Gyppo family! We’re Julie and Josh, the team behind the scenes at Gyppo Ale Mill. You may not always catch us on the floor, but we’re here making sure everything runs smoothly for your experience.

Julie manages the in-and-outs of the restaurant—from menu development to creating a warm, welcoming vibe. On the brewery side, Josh crafts our brews with a passion for quality and creativity. We’re both grateful for our amazing small team who supports us every step of the way, helping keep everything flowing.
