Here’s Bryan, deep in the burger patty trenches. Because when we say we make burgers, we meal we make burgers. Every patty that hits your plate is hand-formed in our scratch kitchen, using California grassfed beef and a whole lot of quiet determination (and maybe a dad joke or two). From sauces to pickles, we build it all from the ground up. No prefab. No shortcuts. Just real food made by real people who care about doing it right—even when it’s just a burger.

We’re actively hiring for our culinary team, and we mean it—no experience necessary. If you’ve got an open heart and an open mind, we’ll teach you the rest. Hourly pay ranges from $20.50 to $37.50 depending on the day and business flow. And thanks to our amazing taproom team, the kitchen gets 30% of pooled tips. It’s a solid gig in a beautiful place with a team that’s here to grow.
