A Legacy of Local, One Plate at a Time

Our fish & chips aren’t just popular—they’re personal. The recipe hasn’t changed since we opened in 2018: rice flour, cornstarch, spices, and a splash of Bob’s Your Uncle for crunch. It’s gluten-friendly (not celiac-safe), made to order, and served with our housemade cocktail and tartar sauces—because nothing in our scratch kitchen comes out of a can. The fish itself? It’s delivered to our back door by Sam Stebnicki, who took over after our dear friend and original fish supplier, Ken Vallotton, passed away. That torch-passing matters. Every plate we serve carries a little piece of this community’s story.
