This is not your average bee’s knees. This is the Lost Coast Buzz—our floral-forward twist on the classic cocktail, starring Colette’s Humboldt Honey, fresh lemon juice, Bombay gin, and a lavender sprig straight from Eva Carpenter’s garden. We swirl in some frozen blueberries because we’re extra like that, and voilà: sweet, tangy, herbal, and kind of like if a bumblebee opened a high-end spa. It’s what we imagine bees drink when they’re off the clock and looking for a little something “for the wings.”
