Out here on the Lost Coast, we survive — and thrive — by showing up for each other. Our Blue Cheese Wedge is a perfect example: it’s topped with house-roasted tomatoes, pickled onions, candied cashews, and a rich, bold dressing made by our friends at J Catering (who also run the beloved J Café). Every dish tells a story, and this one’s about locals supporting locals, about keeping small businesses alive in a place where big chains don't stand a chance. We’re proud to work with people who put the same heart into their craft that we put into ours.
