At Gyppo Ale Mill, we cook the way we live — with care, creativity, and a whole lot of heart. Every dish starts from scratch, built from whole ingredients we prep, season, and sauce ourselves. We buy local whenever we can, celebrating the farmers, fishermen, and makers who call this coast home.
Our kitchen is inspired by flavors from around the world — we draw ideas from Milk Street and other culinary leaders who remind us that simple ingredients, handled well, can become something extraordinary. But we also listen closely to our community. The people who gather here help shape what goes on our menu and what shows up as the next special.
As California’s most remote brewery, distillery, taproom, beer garden, and restaurant, we’re all about connection — between good food, small-batch beer, handcrafted cocktails, and the people who make it all worthwhile.
