10/13 Paint & Sip with Ken Nunes

For October’s Paint & Sip, Ken Nunes is painting one of those little Shelter Cove landmarks you’ve probably driven past a hundred times: Jenny Jones’ bright red boat perched above the Pacific. Red boat, blue ocean, Lost Coast in the background—it was pretty much asking to become a painting.
This month’s Paint & Sip is moving back one week to Tuesday, October 13 at 6 PM.
Why? Because Tuesday, October 6 is our “we survived tourist season” company party. Fall is officially here, even if things haven’t exactly slowed down, and we’re shutting Gyppo down for the night so the whole crew can go dance to Still Pulse together.
Ken brings the canvases, paints, easels and everything else you need, then walks everyone through the painting step by step. You do not need to be an artist. Grab a beer or cocktail, order some food and spend the evening turning a familiar little piece of Shelter Cove into something you can take home.
