We’ve had our distillery license for over a year now, and little by little, we’ve been learning, experimenting, and finding our rhythm behind the bar. Along with making moonshine on site, we’ve been building out a cocktail program that fits who we are: laid-back, handcrafted, and rooted in the Lost Coast. These drinks are made to feel fresh, approachable, and a little special—whether you’re winding down after a round, settling in after a beach day, or just in the mood for something bright and well made.

Our current specialty cocktails include the Lost Coast Hurricane, the Cucumber Lime Cooler, and the Spicy Paloma. The Lost Coast Hurricane brings together light rum, pineapple, passionfruit, lime cordial, and soda for something tropical, breezy, and easy to settle into. The Cucumber Lime Cooler mixes vodka, cucumber syrup, lime cordial, and soda for a crisp, clean, refreshing pour. The Spicy Paloma blends tequila, grapefruit, lime cordial, agave, and chili for bright citrus with just the right gentle heat.

These cocktails rotate and evolve as we keep exploring new ideas, so check back often to see what’s currently on the menu and what we’re mixing up next. There’s always something new in the works, and we’re just getting started.
